Handicap Secretary’s Report.
The handicap secretary reported that although the majority of competitions were well represented there was little interest shown in some of our Sunday competitions. It was suggested that nine hole competitions could be played on a Sunday. This will be added to the agenda for discussion before the 2018 fixture books are finalised.
In the first league game of the season Backworth were beaten 10-2 at Prudhoe however Prudhoe have amassed an extremely strong team for 2017 and most clubs will find it difficult to beat them.
